A lot is being made of SCOTUS nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson’s ruling on child porn cases, and there is a lot to unpack in the difference (legally, not morally) between possessing materials and creating/distributing materials.
But you can’t define what a woman is? This isn’t a trap question, though it’s insane that it has to be asked in 2022! Judge Brown-Jackson couldn’t (or wouldn’t) answer the question. And that seems pretty disqualifying right there.

Rachel Levine is a biological man, that is just facts. If an entire media outlet can be removed from Twitter, one that writes satire at that, than none of us are safe.
