HBO host Bill Maher has made a habit of being overly critical of the Trump administration. Most recently, Maher was vocal about the President’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. Maher contended that Trump was too slow to react to the global pandemic and his consistently mismanaged the situation.
On this particular episode of “Real Time with Bill Maher”, he had a guest on that actually had the facts. Rep. Dan Crenshaw has become a superstar in the Republican party recently. He’s proven himself to be a relatable and bright member of Congress who isn’t afraid to tell it like it is. He joined Maher on his show and responded to Maher’s criticisms point-by-point with clarity. It was an impressive showing from the Texas Representative.
“You can make the argument that you don’t like the things that Trump has said. This is the conversation we’ve discussed before about deeds vs words. Crenshaw goes right to that and he’s very, very good. That differentiation between the words and the style is very important.”
