In support of free speech, Jordan Peterson and Dave Rubin are leaving Patreon. How far are social media platforms willing to go to curtail speech they disagree with? Read More

281 – So A Guy Got Locked In A Burger King Bathroom, It’s Now Speaker Pelosi and Apple Gets A Bite Taken Out Of It

With Democrats taking control of the House, the Night of 1000 Subpoenas is upon us. Tony Katz discusses what will happen, and why Speaker Pelosi has her hands full with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

And why is President Trump not aiming for the head of Senator Mitt Romney after his op-ed in the Washington Post?

A man got stuck in a Burger King bathroom for an hour, and was offered free food. Did he really think it would last for life? And Apple is seeing a massive slowdown in the purchase of iPhones.

280 – White Women Wish For Wokeness, LeBron the Activist has A Lot To Learn and Mitt Romney Swings Wildly At Trump

The Women’s March in Eureka, CA has been cancelled, because of too many white women. Tony Katz breaks down the progressive cannibalism that is the very concept of “wokeness.”

Sen. Elizabeth Warren is running for President. And Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s inauguration speech shows that he’s running as well. Unfortunately for him, the speech is just awful. Sen-Elect Mitt Romney takes President Trump’s character to task. Unfortunately for him, his Washington Post op-ed doesn’t do him any favors.

LeBron James may be the best basketball player in the world, and he might be the best who ever played the game. But activist LeBron James has a lot to learn.

Eat! Drink! Smoke! – Snack Size! – Do You Want Your Alcohol With Lemons, Oranges or Cherries, and Cruise Ships Aren’t For Everyone…Even If They Have Roller Coasters

April D. Gregory has found her new love, and it’s a cherry liqueur made by Hotel Tango Artisan Distillery in Indianapolis.

On this Snack Size edition of Eat! Drink! Smoke!, Tony Katz has to contend with April and Fingers Malloy enjoying an entire bottle of the cherry love, while Hotel Tango owner Travis Barnes encourages them. As a veteran, he also has a great story of how his mom used to send him bourbon while he was serving in Iraq.

A new Carnival cruise ship has a roller coaster on it. Have we gone too far with our first-world entertainment? Either way, Fingers won’t go on a cruise ship, which he calls a “death trap.”

279 – Tucker Carlson Gets Boycotts Because Conservatives Do Nothing, and America Is Woke About Bigot Louis Farrakhan…Just Not Rep. Andre Carson

Tucker Carlson of FOX News is facing boycotts for comments about illegal immigrants; more than nine sponsors have left the show. When MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski used a gay slur to describe Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, nothing happened. She gave a half-hearted apology, that didn’t include Sec. Pompeo, and all was forgotten and forgiven.

“Conservatives have to accept the fact that boycotts work.” says Tony Katz. “And if the politcal right isn’t willing to fight fire with fire, they’ll continue to lose the culture war. Boycotts are awful, but doing nothing is worse.”

Americans of all stripes understand that the Women’s March leaders are proudly connected to antisemite Louis Farrakhan. Yet, Democrat Rep. Andre Carson continues to support him.

278 – Mexico’s President Uses Dead Girl To Attack Trump Over Border, Obamacare Is Only Unconstitutional On Paper

A seven year-old girl died of dehydration at the US-Mexico border. Former Mexican President Vicente Fox blames President Trump. Tony Katz discusses the indecency of the anti-Trump crowd, that they will gladly use the death of children to move their anti-Trump agenda.

“Hate President Trump all you want.” says Tony. “But using a dead girl as your cover is obscene.”

MSNBC host Joy Reid has no time for a Biden/Beto ticket, because it’s too white. And too male. And too white and male. Obamacare has been ruled unconstitutional…yet nothing is going to change.

Eat! Drink! Smoke! – Episode 16 – Will You Vaccinate After Lou Ferrigno’s Mishap? Steve Harvey Says No To Oscar and Meet a Military Veteran Who Went Deep In The Bourbon

Lou Ferrigno – America’s favorite Hulk! – is saying that a pneumonia vaccine went wrong for him, and he’s warning others. Bring on the anti-vaxxer crowd, and the renewed conversation about vaccinations in America.

Eat! Drink! Smoke! is on site this week at Hotel Tango Artisan Distillery with owner Travis Barnes and master distiller Eric Stauffer. Talking to host Tony Katz, they go deep into what makes good bourbon. Travis started the first disabled-veteran owned distillery in the country.

Steve Harvey is happy to host Miss Universe, but he wants nothing to do with the Oscars. Why? He doesn’t want his past dug up

Eat! Drink! Smoke! was recorded live at Hotel Tango Artisan Distillery in Indianapolis, IN. Tony is joined by April D. Gregory and Fingers Malloy.

Eat! Drink! Smoke! – Snack Size! – Will Alexandria Ocasio Cortez Get Herself Tossed From Congress?

Rep. Elect Alexandria Ocasio Cortez is not afraid. In response to a trolling tweet from Donald Trump Jr., Cortez basically – actually – threatened to investigate and subpoena Trump Jr.

Tony Katz makes his prediction about Cortez – she’s going to get herself expelled from the House. He also labels her “female Trump” due to her Twitter feed.

Tony is joined by Fingers Malloy and April D. Gregory.

QUICK HIT – Church-going Americans Should Be Prepared To Live or Be Prepared To Die

Tony Katz discusses the story of a man in Toledo, Ohio who was arrested for plotting to attack at least one synagogue in the name of ISIS.

It’s not lost on Tony that this comes just over a month after the murder of 11 Jews at a synagogue in Pittsburgh. And it’s also not lost on Tony that far too many Jews, and people of faith, fail to recognize the importance of protecting themselves while they worship.

“You need to be prepared to live,” says Tony. “Otherwise, you’re just prepared to die. And that’s no way to live.”

Eat! Drink! Smoke! – Episode 15 – Antelope Sliders and West Fork Bourbon, Kevin Hart’s Non-Apology To The Oscars and Baby It’s Cold Outside

Tony Katz thinks Kevin Hart did the right thing by walking away from the Oscars. “He’s gonna make movies and make millions! Who needs the headache from the same self-righteous Hollywood that will gladly give Harvey Weinstein his career back…and you know they will!”

This is just part of this week’s episode Eat! Drink! Smoke!

THE EAT – Antelope Sliders
THE DRINK – West Fork Whiskey’s B-Street Blues Bourbon
THE SMOKE – Arturo Fuente Short Story

Michael Cohen, President Trump’s former lawyer, is why everyone hates politics and politicians. He used his position to grab some extra cash, to the tune of $4 million. He’s going to jail, and so should a bunch of other people.

And Baby, It’s Cold Outside is not a rape song. It’s just not.

Eat! Drink! Smoke! was recorded live at The Antelope Club in Indianapolis, IN. Tony is joined by April D. Gregory and Fingers Malloy.
